Indulge in breathtaking sunsets as you admire glimpses of the water from the back deck or venture out to enjoy delicious local seafood & other local favorites. This cottage will surely offer an amazing experience for now & getaways to come!

The home is a 3/2 has a backyard that gives you a place to relax and enjoy your visit. In the back you will find little roller coaster for small children, a fire pit area and a large fenced in back yard for pets to enjoy and run around. *NOTE*There is a one time $100 non refundable per pet fee AS OF 2026 WE DO NOT ACCEPT CATS

It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!
