Home is 15 minute ride to Starved Rock State Park or Skydive Chicago. Set in a park like setting close to many amenities, parks, & restaurants. Abundant wildlife.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. on the Illinois river, large waterfront yard with Geese, Great Blue Herons, Egrets, White Pelicans and Eagles showing up on a regular basis. Close walking distance to grocery store, liquor store and downtown restaurants and bars in peaceful Ottawa, Illinois near Starved Rock State Park. Upper level (has stairs) 2 bedroom overlooking the Illinois River, play in the large yard or build a campfire in the fire pit next to the river and just chill.

Recently titled the Hallmark House by a customer! This house is on the I&M walking and biking trail and is a remodeled 800 square ft historic canal house in Utica. Walk or Bike two blocks into the center of town and enjoy meals and local drinks. Two Bedrooms and a Bathroom and a large modern kitchen. Relax in the living room with a small electric fireplace. Beautiful country setting with lots of natural light and located on a working farm. Golf courses 2-3 miles from Canal House.

Welcome to the Charlotte Suite. This newly renovated historic lofted condo is located in downtown Utica, IL (Starved Rock and Matthiessen State Parks). It will accommodate up to 4 guests, but is ideal for a romantic getaway or a girls trip with a king sized bed and queen size sofa sleeper. The lower level of The Bickerman is home to Bruce & Ollie’s Coffee, Ice Cream and Deli. It is a place for everyone to enjoy! The building has been restored while maintaining it’s rich history!

Come stay in our carriage house turned guest house!, the property has a swimming pool available during swimming season, which is June thru September. a separate Hot Tub and new BBQ for your private use; please indicate if you intend to use the pool during your stay, we need an hours notice to remove the cover; the hot tub is always ready to use. You will be sure to enjoy the proximity to restaurants, shopping in Ottawa, parks such as Starved Rock, and a variety of festivals.

Take a break at this peaceful oasis 5 miles from Starved Rock State Park and 4 miles from Buffalo Rock State Park. The quaint village of Utica and the unique town Ottawa are also close. Enjoy hiking, biking and activities on the Illinois River. There is also the Buffalo Range and Gun Company 2 miles away. Ottawa has great places to dine and Washington Park in downtown Ottawa has the must see Lincoln-Douglas Debate fountain and statue.
