You’ll love our cottage because of its quiet rural location and of course the hot tub. The cottage is great for couples who just want to relax or as a base to visit the area. Babies are welcome, we can provide a travel cot and high chair at no extra cost. Grange cottage is a grade 2 listed brick and flint thatched cottage located in a quiet position down a private drive, surrounded by private woodland, fields and is adjacent to a working farm. Grange Cottage is set in 1/2 an acre of its own woods, It has ample parking to the front an enclosed rear garden leading out to the small woods. The Good Shepherd Hut near beach and country walks

The Good Shepherd, located in the seaside village of Overstrand is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 mile from the Victorian fishing town of Cromer. The Shepherds Hut is situated on a secluded plot at the side of our property, overlooking flower beds and exotic shrubs. The hut contains a comfortable double bed, log burner and mini fridge. Outside is a separate heated shower-room, small private lawn with a fire pit. Ideal for a peaceful retreat, perfect for couples and lone adventurers.

Grade II listed Stable conversion in Happisburgh

The Horse Barn is a converted farm stable in the grounds of the owners grade II listed farm house; Holly Farm. The barn is situated on the North Norfolk coast, in the coastal village of Happisburgh, surrounded by open farm land. The barn has vaulted ceilings and exposed beams throughout. The main living area is open plan with a well equipped kitchen and a sofa bed for additional guests. The master bedroom has a double bed wardrobe & chest of drawers. One parking space unless agreed prior.

My lovely 1960s chalet is very close to Mundesley beach - 2 minutes to the cliff top and 5 mins down onto the beach. It has great south facing views of the countryside and you are not overlooked by other chalets. You’ll love my place because of the big windows, the light, airy space and quirky found-objects. Even the bedrooms look out onto the private garden. Great for couples and small families. A quiet and spacious little development - bit of a hidden gem.

Beautiful chalet located in Walcott Chalet Park, situated just a stones throw away from the beach. The chalet is equipped to ensure you feel like its home from home, including a lovely comfy sofa to relax in after a busy day. The TV has a built in DVD player; handy to keep the little ones entertained on a rainy day! We provide bed linen, towels and tea towels.
