Yingyangpad - wheelchair/accessible accommodation

WELCOME Now open for 2026 and looking forward to greeting guests both new and old. Built under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is rustic themed and located around 5 mls (8km) from the A1 and 3 (5km) from the M62 motorway, with good road/rail and bus links. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.

A pet friendly, modern, self-contained 1 bedroom accommodation (also double sofa bed in living area) situated in the charming village of Carleton. Easy walking distance of the local pub and shop, 2miles from the vibrant market town of Skipton “Yorkshires, Gateway to the Dales”. Ample free parking on site. A perfect location for couple/small group / family who want to relax in the great outdoors or explore Skipton and beyond. Pets/infants at no extra cost! No cleaning fees. Sky/Netfix included.

Aire Vue - A highly rated home from home

Aire Vue is a HIGHLY RATED two bedroom cottage in the central conservation area of Skipton. The High Street, Castle, Canal etc are less than 5 minutes walk away. The house has been recently redecorated and had a new bathroom installed (2024) which includes a walk-in shower as well as a new kitchen (2025). Aire Vue has quality furniture and fittings. Each bed has an electric blanket to ensure you are warm in the winter months. The living room has photographs by a local photographer.

Garden Cottage is brand new spacious modern and gorgeous. Situated in the heart of Masham behind Garden House Bed and Breakfast this one bedroom cottage is the perfect base for your time in Masham. Enjoy the open plan lounge and kitchen relax in the stunning copper bath the ultimate place to chill after a lovely day. Sit in your own courtyard and enjoy a bbq. There’s two single sofa beds in the lounge ideal for children and you can bring up to two dogs. Private parking is available.

LetAway - Captain Cook's Cottage, Staithes

Captain Cook’s Cottage is located in the heart of Staithes. It has narrow winding streets leading to various points of natural beauty. The cottage is fully equipped and sleeps 7 (2 doubles and 1 triple). No pets and no smoking. Self catering. There is walking access to activities and amenities; recommendations available upon request. Guests can park temporarily to unload but will need to park elsewhere. Glen Vale parking is recommended which can be booked online. WiFi is free.

Crooklands Cottage at Austwick

Crooklands Cottage is set looking out onto the beautiful Yorkshire Dales a short distance from Austwick village, where both the Gamecock Pub and Traddock Hotel serve great food. This recently refurbished detached holiday cottage with log burner is ideally placed to explore the Yorkshire Dales and the Three Peaks and provide a retreat to come home to at the end of your day. Every care has been taken with the design, to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

Hootsman – A Cosy Cottage with a Wood-Fired Hot Tub Hootsman is a converted stone barn on our rare breed goat farm, set on the edge of Rosedale Abbey in the North York Moors National Park. Inside, you'll find an open-plan living kitchen with hand-painted units, a wood-burning stove, and an en-suite bedroom with a bespoke double bed. Completed in July 2018, the Shippen is a two bedroom, two bathroom, luxury barn conversion with an open plan living/ dining/ kitchen. The Shippen is single storey and is wheelchair friendly. It is set in beautiful countryside on the edge of the North York Moors National Park but with easy access to the Yorkshire Dales and the Yorkshire coast. Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement
