We bought this Victorian century home six years ago. We have poured our hearts and souls into this beautiful painted lady. We are hoping you will enjoy all of the handcrafted antique woodwork and classic victorian architecture. We recently had the front porch restored to look like the original. This is a SHARED home! We are a busy family on 12 acres very close to downtown Delaware and 30 minutes from Columbus. We are an "as-is" home...nothing fancy, but a place to sleep & a friendly family.
