There is plenty of free street parking, as well as access to multiple types of public transit.

Fully furnished and private one-bedroom 1st floor apartment (newly built in 2021) in the heart of NE Portland. Located in a quiet residential area. Shared salt water spa in backyard. Queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area. Will sleep 4 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped: full sized refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. High speed WiFi, cable TV and large dining room table. Walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. Two blocks from Irving Park.

Comfortable, no-smoking modern basement studio with private entrance, only minutes away from downtown and located in safe, quiet Piedmont neighborhood with plenty of on-street parking. Comfy queen size bed, private full bath and full kitchen with a full set of amenities, including 1Gb Internet service (wired and wireless). One or two adult guests. No infants or children please due to an abundance of caution regarding the stairs that lead to the space. No pets or animals of any kind allowed.

The Overlook neighborhood is one of Portland's hidden gems. Quiet, tree lined, yet only a few minutes from all the action Portland serves up. Walk or ride to meals, brewpubs or shopping in the Mississippi and Williams districts. Hop a train (three blocks away) to downtown or The Pearl District. You'll like the new construction, modern appliances, super comfy beds, two TVs and high speed WIFI. The unit is a separate sound insulated space giving you total privacy, with no air circulation to the main house and a private entrance directly from the street.

My Ladd's Addition apartment is well-positioned to allow you to explore Portland. Located in a quiet neighborhood halfway between the bustling streets of Hawthorne and Division; from here, you can easily walk to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and a movie theater. Public transportation is readily available, as well as car, bike, and scooter shares. In just a few minutes, you can be downtown, the Moda center, the convention center, OMSI, or the waterfront esplanade.

We're on a quiet side street – right around the corner from a dynamic restaurant scene in Kerns, the 5th coolest neighborhood in the world. Tall windows overlook greenery and a cozy porch. Our family's 1900 house has been divided into separate apartments. Its like an artsy hotel room, but much more homey!
