Located in trendy Petworth, a short walk from metro and bus as well as several excellent restaurants, parks, and grocery stores. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials you'll need, a great new bathroom, walk in closet, large washer/dryer. The bedroom has queen sized bed with a Casper matress and there is also a fold-out sofa bed in the living room.

Enjoy the outdoor area which includes a table, chairs, umbrella, dart board, and cornhole. You might even get to see our resident groundhog!

Solar-powered end unit property with tons of natural light. Recently renovated row home with a separate lower unit apartment near Union Market and NoMa. Note: The guest who left the 1 star review smoked weed in the unit and was mad at me for saying no smoking allowed. I’ve never gotten a 1 star review and that guest was the worst guest I’ve ever hosted.
