Separate bedroom and bath provides perfect sleeping space for two. While no full kitchen or laundry, there’s a coffee bar, micro and frig.

Located just 2.5 blocks to the NoMa Metro Station and Union Market, a short walk to Union Station, the US Capitol and National Mall and all of the Museums. The apartment is surrounded by some of the best restaurants, bars, cafes and shops all within a 5 minute walk. Sunny and quiet basement apartment that is approximately 500 square feet, and a private entrance. We live up stairs, but you will have privacy once you have checked in. The apartment is about 1.3 miles from the University of Maryland, seven miles from DC, a short walk to Metro and other public transportation. Shopping, restaurants, the Beltway and outdoor recreation are minutes away. Guest has use of patio with table and chairs and a large back yard to sit and enjoy in good weather.
