Kick back and relax after trekking over rolling countryside and enjoy a warm combustion fire or a relaxing bath to soak away some of your days endeavour. If you are keen on fly fishing we are an ideal base to Bundaleer Reservoir and the Broughton River. Enjoy a picnic in the Bundaleer forest or a day trip to the Clare Valley. Linen & towels provided.

Our guest suite is fully self-contained with kitchenette, en suite bathroom, walk-in shower, spa and shared laundry. It is a new-build facility attached to the historic former Uniting Church in Spalding. The accommodation offers a relaxing overnight stay or respite for longer visits. Special features include the en suite spa bath, fully equipped kitchenette and laundry. We provide some food essentials: tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, milk, butter and condiments, however meals are not included.

The home has 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, one with 2 single beds, & the sunroom has 2 single beds, accommodating up to 10 people when the queen beds are shared. All linen & towels are provided. The galley kitchen is perfect for cooking up a storm, or order in - the choice is yours.

Listen to the sounds of nature with a wine in hand in our outdoor, fire-heated hot-tub.

Alex's house is located in the South Australian town of Laura in the southern Flinders Ranges. Built in the early 1900's, this gracious comfortable house has a relaxed feel with generous rooms, high ceilings and modern amenities. It is filled with books, art, trashy novels, board games and spaces to play them or watch tv and lounge in front of the fire with a glass of local wine.
