Welcome to Chatswood Sydney, Australia! This is a newly built, spacious, comfortable, private one bedroom apartment. Perfect for a solo traveller or couple to relax and enjoy the serenity of the bush, with easy access to Chatswood, Macquarie Uni and Sydney CBD. Also available for longer term bookings - please enquire if dates not available on platform. A sofa bed is available to use. Note that this space is not available for children. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space situated over Paradise Beach , Pittwater. Sip a cocktail while taking in magnificent sunsets It’s a 4 min walk to Paradise Beach with its swimming enclosure and jetty for fishing. Avalon village and the ocean beach are 3 minutes by car -20 minute flat walk. The local shops- including cafe, wine shop, grocer, Indian + Greek food are 3 minutes walk. Avalon boasts more than 20 cafes+restaurants movie theatre ,designer clothes and homeware shops

This ultra spacious unit is on the ground level of our family home with private entrance and EV charger. It’s only 5min stroll to Clontarf beach. Featuring a large bedroom with a queen size bed, study desk and walk-in robe. Lovely french doors in the lounge room open to the patio with views to the garden. A large sofa with chaise is perfect for relaxing. A variety of first-class dining/shopping options are available in Mosman and Manly. Easy walk to Seaforth and Balgowlah Heights villages.

This is a Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours, no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Please respect the neighbourhood while you are listening to your music and keep the noise down. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that.
