North Curl Curl Sandstone Studio

A quiet garden studio located in the backyard of our house although not attached, mostly suited to a couple or single person. We are powered 100% by renewable energy with solar panels and a Tesla PowerWall. The pool on the property is available for use. Both the pool & studio have private access along a pathway to the side of our house. It is situated within walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and Dee why or North Curl Curl beach.

Set in native gardens adjoining bushland, "Haus Ooray" was architecturally designed as a tranquil stylish retreat. Catch glimpses of the Lakes, while in bed, or BBQing on the deck, sitting by the fire pit or in the Cabana, beside a creek. Located on the shores of beautiful Pittwater in Refuge Cove this free standing boathouse includes all facilities, bathroom with shower, kitchenette with Microwave, fridge, Nespresso, BBQ etc. Direct access to waterfront. Swim in the bay or explore the foreshore of Refuge Cove. Use of two single person kayaks available.

Studio cottage close to the beach

(Studio update December 2025) - The studio will very unfortunately be next door to a building site.. Demolition and excavation are complete though there can still be general building noise. The builders hours are 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Very likely the normal peace and serenity will be disrupted during this time.
