A 40-minute walk to Dee Why beach on a flat walking path, 15 minutes if using the push bikes provided. The accommodation has a private entrance and is a fully self-contained bedsit. Large room with queen size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower toilet and basin. Kitchen has microwave, oven, stove top, fridge/freezer. There is a smart TV

This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. Your well-behaved pet is welcome to join you. This space is one bedroom and has a queen size sofa bed in the lounge room. Walk anywhere in Manly. The beach is 2 blocks away - the harbour is across the road. Also easy access to Sydney's CBD via ferry or bus.

Avalon Garden Cabin

This little cabin on a quiet street lined with spotted gums enjoys northerly sun and is quiet (except for the prolific birdlife) and private. Just a short 7 minute walk to Avalon Beach and a lively northern beaches village with plenty of great little cafes and restaurants, a supermarket, bottle shops, a cinema and shops. The interior set up has changed since these photos were taken and there is no TV unless you request one.
