It offers absolute privacy, no noise or light pollution plus the finest stargazing under our dark Cederberg night sky. Private stand-alone cottage on a beautiful farm 1.5 hours north of Cape town and 30-40 minutes from Elands Bay. This is a very simple, off-grid, self-catering cottage with beautiful mountain views, a dam to swim in and hiking access to the entire 2000 hectare farm. The farm has established hiking and mountain biking trails, horse riding on request and established sport and trad rock climbing routes. The cottage has two fireplaces, a gas stove, fridge, a gas geyser and solar power.

Klipkop高山石屋

The farm's fourth cottage is built of rock between two boulders. The interior is very comfortably furnished with ceder-clad walls and ceder floors, two comfortable 3/4 beds, a fireplace, kitchenette and a bathroom clad in rock with sliding doors opening onto the landscape. The cottage faces north with a view of Sneeuberg. There is a large sliding door opening onto the patio with a retractable awning and a braai to enjoy the extraordinary views in every direction.

Klipbokkie 自炊式木质小木屋 @ Balie'sGat

This cozy wooden cabin is perfect for two, with a comfortable double bed, linen, and towels provided. The outdoor kitchenette includes a two-plate gas stove, small bar fridge, and dishwashing essentials. Guests can enjoy private ablution facilities, solar lights, a gas geyser, and running water. Relax on lush green grass under a thatched roof, and make use of the braaidrum and grid. Camping next to the cabin is available at an extra cost.

Brandrivier offers quiet, self-catering tent cabin accommodation nestled in the heartland of Namaqualand near Springbok. You can find peace and quiet on the farm. Our latest lodge tent is named Bakoor and you rent the whole self catering unit, hosting 2 people. We provide gate details so that you can come and go as you please, but we will always be available to assist with all your needs.

The private garden has BBQ facilities and a hanging day bed perfect for afternoon naps. There is also a splash pool. Well behaved pets are welcome. 1 pet @R100 per pet.

*NB: Self check-in, no pets* The Tiny Home - This unit has two single beds, en suite shower, a lounge area including a mini kitchen with a bar fridge, a microwave and coffee & tea facilities. It has a small patio in the front with a bistro table and chairs where you can sit back and relax with a cup of coffee under the old apricot tree.
