Hi everyone, I am Stefan, Maro’s son. Welcome to my mother’s beautiful apartment in sunny Cyprus. The apartment is newly refurbished (70sq m): 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + 2 balconies. 1 bedroom is ensuite, the other has a sea view. Beds are all new and super comfortable. There is a shared pool, and you’ll have your own parking space. The nearest beach (called MATH) is only a few minutes away by car. The apartment is just a 10-min drive to Protaras, 15 min to Cape Greco and 20 min to Agia Napa.

The area of the apartment is 60 meters and the loggia is 8 meters. The living area includes a comfortable bedroom with a large bed. In another room there is a sofa that can accommodate two adults. It is equipped with a large wardrobe. The apartment has a small kitchen, fully equipped, connected to the dining room. The apartment receives a lot of light through the windows, but in the summer the room is well protected from direct sunlight. The windows and terrace offer views of the pool, sea.

The Kyklades complex is in the heart of Kapparis, close to the resort centre and beaches. A car is not needed as everything is close by. The apartment is well equipped and offers a very comfortable stay. WIFI and gym pass is included in the rental charge. What makes Sophia Apartment stand out from the other apartments on this complex is the private outside area. Located on the ground floor and opposite the main pool, its ideal for holiday accommodation. I have 2 apartments on this complex.
