Walk to a Sandy Beach from a Scenic Hillside Getaway

BBHome is a charming apartment, composed of a little entrance hall, a quiet and intimate bedroom, a comfortable bathroom, a very bright kitchen, an useful utility room, a romantic and spacious living room, a large terrace with a breathtaking overwiew and a personal parking. Provided with all the comforts (oven, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, flat screen Tv, hot/cold air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking) to make unforgettable your stay in the Amalfi Coast. Located in the private complex " Madonna Arch Park ", accessible by car from the 163 Amalfi Highway ( SS 163 ) after 1,5 km from Vietri sul Mare or by walking 40 steps from Marina di Vietri. BY CAR: from Vietri sul Mare, follow the signs to the "Amalfi Coast" and take the State Road 163 Amalfi (SS163) for about 1.5 km; on the left, the sea side, (after the Restaurant "La Voce del Mare", at the Restaurant Wine Bar "Fish" and the road mirror), take the dead end road Madonna dell'Arco till the end where there is the white gate access to"Madonna dell'Arco Park." Enter, go up on the left until the house D and park your car under covered porch, No 1 reserved. Note: The "Madonna dell'Arco" street is narrow, two-way, typical Amalfi Coast road, therefore, please notify if you have very large cars or difficulty driving uphill and/or downhill. You could alternatively park in Marina di Vietri and going home by walking through the up/down steps. In the latter case, prior agreements, I would bring you home by car to load/unload luggages. ON FOOT: from Vietri sul Mare, cross Matteotti Square and go down to Marina di Vietri following the downhill road in direction "Beaches/Stadium/Carabinieri". Right at the end of the steep road (passed the Carabinieri station) you will find a first footbridge right in front of you. Turn left and then right over the second bridge and keep going to the end of the road (on the right looking at the sea - Via Nuova Marina) where you will find a public parking space on payment. (Free public parking is on the downhill road Via Osvaldo Costabile). On the right, opposite the Lido " Il Risorgimento ", there is the staircase to " Madonna dell'Arco Park ", where you will find the white gate to BBHome. BY TRAIN: The nearest railway station is Vietri sul Mare (2.5kms away) served only by local/regional trains. The main Railways Station is Salerno (7 Kms away) served by high speed trains (booking required) as well as IC and regional trains. From Salerno to Vietri by train: Regional trains from Salerno to Vietri take roughly 7 minutes and run hourly (less frequently on Sundays or Holidays). BY BUS: Anyway, from Salerno, we recommend the SITA SUD buses to Amalfi instead (bus stop at Corso G. Garibaldi crossing via Barretta). Tickets can be purchased on the station concourse or the tobacconist shop at the corner of the station square. The buses run hourly and take around 20-25 minutes depending on traffic. Please, ask the driver to stop at "Voce del Mare-Fish" stop (requested stop). Via Madonna dell'Arco is literally across the road from the stop. Walk down for roughly 500mt (after the church) and stop at the white gate for BBHome. From Vietri sul Mare Railways Station: walk down to the main square (Piazza Matteotti) and take the SITA SUD bus to Amalfi. Tickets must be purchased before boarding at the newsagent shop on Vietri's main street or at the ceramic shop D'Amico on Piazza Matteotti. The ride will take only a few minutes (1.5kms). Please ask the driver to stop at "Voce del Mare-Fish" stop (request stop). BY PLANE: The nearest airport is Naples. From there you can take the shuttle bus (called Alibus) to the main railway station (Napoli Centrale). Tickets can be purchased on the bus. From Naples station trains run frequently to Salerno. From Salerno Railways Station take the SITA SUD buses to Amalfi (as before). BY TAXI: taxis can be found outside Salerno Railways Station (about 20 euro one way). Please, note that there are no taxis outside Vietri Railways Station. TRANSFERS: From Naples Capodichino Airport you can arrange a private transfer ( extra service ). We can also arrange a pick-up or a taxi from Salerno or Vietri sul Mare Railways Stations on request (extra service). Please, contact us in good time before arrival, indicating the time of arrival and departure of the train. Entire apartment layout. With parking and private terrace. Barbara, if required, is available to guests for the whole stay for information or emergencies. This hillside apartment is in a historically interesting area. It's walking distance to Marina di Vietri, where there are restaurants, bars, shops, and boat rentals. It's not far from famous Amalfi Coast sites and the town of Vietri sul Mare. The Campania Region offers many natural, historical and artistic beauties that must definitely be experienced! Barbara is available for any kind of information and suggestion. The panoramic terrace, the reserved parking space, the access to the sea on foot and the connection to the Amalfi Coast road by private car or public transport will make your stay intimate, independent, relaxing and comfortable. Note: The BBHome access road, "Madonna dell'Arco" Street, is a narrow, two-way, typical of the Amalfi Coast road, therefore, please, notify if you have very large cars or difficulty driving uphill and/or downhill. Caratteristica e autentica area nel mezzo di due tra le zone più antiche di Napoli, circondata da mercati, negozi, ristoranti e servizi di ogni tipo e a due passi da trasporti, musei e monumenti. La reale vita quotidiana a Napoli, lontano da stereotipi e scene costruite apposta per turisti che cercano esclusivamente la stessa città in ogni posto. Indubbiamente un posto frenetico (attenzione tu, delicato d'orecchie che cerca pace), ma che vale totalmente la pena di essere vissuto. E amato. Most of the thing you may wish to see or have are at hand, right around your home at a max a 15-20 minutes walk. You are surrounded with any kind of shop and popular markets where you can buy anything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Bus stop and taxi area are at few meters from home, train station is a 10 minutes walk and both airport and port are at 20 minutes by car or public transport. As for art and monuments you got it yet! All around you have beautiful architectures, both old and new, the Botanical Garden is few steps from home and the Greek and Roman Part of Naples is at a 15 minutes walk belong to National Archeologic Museum, Madre Contemporary Museum and a really a lot more. Also with the Metro lines and Circumvesuviana (both accessible inside the train station) you can reach almost any part of the city quickly or start your trip to Pompei, Vesuvius or Sorrento, just to name few common destinations. Tutto il centro di Napoli, senza particolari eccezioni, è un luogo molto attivo e frenetico (siamo noti anche per questo :D ), il fermento popolare è parte intrinseca e caratteristica della cultura napoletana, un eterno teatro vivente. Questa realtà rappresenta per quasi tutti i turisti parte della bellezza in cui vogliono tuffarsi visitando Napoli, ma naturalmente ognuno è diverso, ha una sua storia e proprie abitudini. Se provieni da zone molto tranquille e silenziose, sai di essere intollerante al caos, il tuo sonno è tanto leggero che anche il ticchettio di un orologio può rappresentare un problema, ti suggeriamo di optare per zone più residenziali fuori da centro come l'area del Vomero, Fuorigrotta o Posillipo. Ma in questo caso sappi che ti starai perdendo il meglio :)

Indulge in a luxury spa experience at a tranquil cottage. Follow a garden path from your decked balcony to a private wood-fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, outdoor shower and summerhouse. It's a great spot for stargazing by night and bird-watching by day. Cook in a modern well-equipped kitchen or have a night off, dinner prepared for you by us and brought over to the cottage. Please note that all logs for the hot tub and log burner are inclusive ! We are pet friendly and welcome 1 large breed or 2 smaller breeds of dog. The cottage is situated in the grounds of our own home. While it is entirely private we are on hand if you need anything and Mark can also provide private catering as a highly regarded chef sourcing the best local produce in Cornwall ! The cottage terrace opens out from the bedroom with direct access to the garden and a path which leads to an outdoor spa with wood fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, fire pit and summerhouse. We are located in the adjacent house should you need us for anything at all but offer our guests total privacy otherwise. The choice is yours ! The cottage is in a pretty rural hamlet surrounded by countryside near the market town of Launceston in the county of Cornwall. A car is needed. The cottage sleeps 2 adults in a King sized bed and up to 2 small children (under 12) on the sofa bed.

The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!
