The apartment is next to the Citypark. There is a bus stop in front of the house (20 meters) takes you to the top center. At the corner (50 meters from the flat) there is an automatic bicicle rental. Grocery store, in front. At the Heroe square you have the "Hop On Hop Off" tourbus line main station, and the Millennium Metro Nr.-1

Therefore loud activities such as partying is prohibited. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and in the building, allowed only on the street!
