There’s a cozy fireplace for snuggling and a second floor balcony for coffee or cocktails. The front yard has a fire pit and river views. We are just over an hour south of DC. Many historic sights, town events & live music here. This small town will take you back in time. This rental is on the grounds of Rose Manor. Rose Manor was built in 1896; it operated as the New Willard Hotel for over 50 years. Come relax on the porch & enjoy the water view.

Recently cell phone service has improved and is reliable. However, in the country, WiFi internetl can be slow at times as well as the Wifi TV streaming.
