Bring your boat, kayaks, fishing rods or friends, then relax in all things that encompass river life. There is a boat ramp and fishing dock available for guests use (Adults Only).

Located a few hours from DC and Richmond, this 2.5 acre waterfront property is a world away! Enjoy coffee on the porch, time on our private beach, sunsets from the dock, and evenings by the fire. Soak in the hot tub, or take the kayaks out! We offer comfy mattresses and cozy linens, as well as high speed wifi and a fully stocked kitchen.

Nestled on Little Oyster Creek in the charming small town of White Stone, is Beacon Bay Getaway. This lighthouse style home is situated on 3 private acres and has 3 water views: the Creek, the Chesapeake Bay and the Rappahannock River all which can be viewed from the wrap @ deck and top observation lookout. Immaculately maintained 4-bedroom waterfront home + home gym on Cobb Island with water views from every window! Four beach cruiser bikes & private dock w/ 4 kayaks, to enjoy the peaceful Neale Sound. Hot tub + private deck off of the kitchen. Wall of windows inside the home, flooded w/ natural sunlight. Views of the sound & the river side of the island. 3 BR are large (2 King beds/1 Queen), w/ their own BA (1 BR w/ BA is on 1st floor, no stairs). Smart TV's in 3 BR's. Great entertaining space!

Blue Pearl Cottage on Robinson creek in historic Urbanna, VA awaits your relaxing stay. Swing in the hammock on the covered porch while listening to bird's, ospreys, & an occasional bald eagle on the creek. Kayak to the Rappahannock rivah from the dock. Walk or take a bike ride into the town of Urbanna for shopping, dining, entertainment, museum's, marinas, farmers markets, bands on 2nd Saturdays & so much more. We are 1 mile from town center. Many surrounding towns offer wineries, events, etc.

Want a cozy, private getaway surrounded by nature, lush trees, beautiful sunsets on the Little Wicomico? Sunkissed Cottage is cheerful home full of wonderful amenities! Enjoy drinking coffee on the porch watching the deer and birds. Take a 2 minute walk down our path through the woods to our waterfront where you can enjoy the water. Our home has high speed internet, smart tvs in every bedroom, corn hole boards, firepit and gas grill. The kitchen is well stocked for all your culinary needs.

This is a spacious apartment above detached garage, with a roomy balcony. The property sits on the Rappahannock River- guests are welcome to use the beach and dock! Property has a private entrance. The bathroom which is located on the first floor. Apartment is up a flight of stairs above the garage. Plenty of parking. EV charger available. We have self check in and the host is extremely flexible.. We welcome all tenants! The Birds Nest is a perfect getaway destination for relaxing and fun.

Built in 1891, this farmhouse has been totally renovated by a professional designer. The Cottage is filled with coastal colors and accessories so it feels fun and updated but still retains the feeling of walking into a well loved family beach cottage. We are pet friendly as any beach cottage should be and love seeing our guests and their pets enjoying the cottage. At the end of a country lane, on the banks of Henry's Creek off the Chesapeake Bay and near the village of Kilmarnock, Virginia sits Creeks End Farmhouse. This charming home built in 1903 was once a working farmhouse, but now welcomes family and friends to come relax and play. Enjoy crabbing or fishing from the dock, paddling the creek out to the bay, lazing in the adirondack chairs on the wrap around deck, or napping on the screened-in porch.
