Location between Tromsø and Lofoten Rich wildlife in the area, opportunities to see moose, otters, white-tailed eagles, whales, reindeer, etc. Pier can be used, possibility of using kayaks (weather permitting). Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. The perfect match for a couple, but will also function very well for up to four persons. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.

It is situated a 10 minute drive from Leknes and the airport. This cabin is in the middle of a peaceful and quiet and private area with own parking and hiking close by.

Taikaloora cottage is an idyllic and cozy cottage on the shore of Lake Oulujärvi in Finland. It lies a short walk away from the ameneties of Vaala's town center. The cottage includes a small kitchen, bathroom, living room and an open bedroom. Just beside the cottage is an idyllic lakeside sauna with amazing view to the Lake Oulujärvi. NOTE: Cleaning fee of 90,- will be charged if the guests don't clean the cottage to the same condition it was while arriving.

Vi ønsker at alle skal få oppleve naturen så tett på som mulig. Derfor har vi bygget tre små hytter/ hus, med store glassflater overalt, slik at man kan sitte inne og nyte fjellene, horisonten, sjøen , solnedgangene og midnattsolen. Nå er det ikke alltid det sol på øya, så vi har en deilig sofa, som kan bli daybed også, til stunder hvor man vil sitte inne under pleddet, se på regnet og vinden, men likevel får en flott opplevelse av den skiftende naturen.

Experience our unique Aurora igloo. Clamping near the city centre but still next to the forest. See and feel the frost around you but enjoy the warmness of the real fire and down blanket. Enjoy Lapland! We have only one igloo in our garden and it is one of a kind! You may also use the garden around for winter fun activities. We have sledges and shuffles for your use. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.

The house was finished in 2019. We have choosen exclusive materials and design furniture. You’ll see that it’s made by heart. Helga, the host, lives in the house next door, and is readily available.
