The Corn Crib Cottage Barn or Villa is a luxurious and rustic 1100 square foot space. The Corn Crib originally used to dry corn and animal housing. This custom built home was completed and furnished 2016. Large lot, full walkout basement w/ bar, 5 bed + office with couch-sofa, 4.5 bath, screened porch, beautiful views. Master bed and guest master bed both include en-suite bath for inlaws/friends. There are 4 additional bedrooms. There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America. Come and stay here, cleaner and way more comforts than any hotel. This apartment is clean and nice. It also has fiber optic internet, a desk, a big screen smart tv, a shower door w/ a heated bathroom floor, and washer/ dryer. This apartment is accessed through a common area laundry room. A park with walking paths, playground, creek, tennis courts, etc is across the street. Brooktree Golf and Downtown are a few blocks away. This unit is an exceptional value, more so for longer stays.

The house is cool, well shaded with big trees and flooded with mottled light. A big magical backyard with two huge pines makes it feel like the North Woods. It is peaceful & serene with a big private yard and organic miro garden. In spite of some older pics there is new central air not window units. This is a very clean artists house not a hotel. This is an old but beautiful house, full of love. Please be loving and respectful. Thank you!

I am literally about 10 minutes from everywhere - the airport, downtown, Mall of America. Private basement "suite" includes a living room with large screen tv with Netflix. Your bedroom has a Beauty-rest World Class bed (Westin uses this one) with black-out blinds. The luxurious jet tub will profoundly calm and relax you. Microwave, mini-fridge and dishware are available. Massage therapy/acupuncture is available by appointment.

The house is mostly windows, with spectacular views of the sunrise, the sunset, Lake Pepin and the Milky Way. House has all the amenities, and sleeps four, plus a wood-burning sauna.
