The Hideaway at Mill Creek

We welcome 6 persons, however 4 adults max. Here you will find nestled in the woods atop a beautiful hill overlooking Mill Creek, a short distance from the Chesapeake Bay, an architect's home. With beautiful sunrises and sunsets, this hideaway gives you an escape from everyday life. Relax on the patio with a book, out on the water kayaking, fishing or crabbing off the dock or sitting watching the wildlife. You will never forget the views or the sight of the sailboats in for a rest from the bay.

Enjoy a tiny house on a lot of land! Inside the home, you’ll have a king bed, full bathroom, full kitchen, and comfy living space. Outside, a short walk on our private trail that winds through 6 acres of woods brings you to our dock on the Rappahannock River. Enjoy fishing, kayaking (one single, one double), or just enjoying a beverage and watching the beautiful nature and wildlife around you. At Camp Cottontail, you’ll find a secluded rustic retreat with the modern comforts of home.

Serene Country Cottage

Nestled in the forest, on 35 acres is an ideal getaway for any small family. The kitchen is well-equipped and there are excellent dining options nearby. Beaches are close by with rental options and quaint shops in the picturesque nearby town. The 900 sq ft cottage has 2 bedrooms upstairs with a full bath and a tub. Downstairs is a family room, full kitchen, ½ bath, dining area, front screened porch and back deck overlooking the woods. The main house is owner occupied.

Waterman’s Waypoint is a newly renovated, pet friendly 3 bedroom waterfront home located on Prentice Creek. The perfect serene getaway, the property is 3 miles from the town of Kilmarnock, Virginia. There is a private dock and boat ramp perfect for personal watercraft and a deep water slip to accommodate up to a 60’ yacht. New in 2021, Adirondack Chairs, a new Fire Pit and new mattresses on the twin beds.
