This 17th-century barn conversion is full of character, featuring exposed beams and stonework throughout. Townfoot Byre, Troutbeck is a beautiful bedroom suite in our 330 year old traditional Lakeland farmhouse. The house was built in 1691 and what is now Townfoot Byre would have originally housed animals. However, it has now been converted it into a charming and cosy bedroom suite with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Spa, sauna, swimming pool and gym access at a local club is included, free with your stay. A 7Kw EV charger is available, if you're travelling in an electric vehicle.

The Sands is a dog friendly fisherman's cottage in central Seahouses, only a few minutes walk to the harbour, beach & restaurants. Private parking space suitable for a small car (parking permit for Main Seahouses carpark too). Real open fire, gated front garden area with seating. The cottage has a private membership for a local leisure club; facilities inc an indoor heated pool. We are a great base for lots of activities including the Farne Islands, Holy Island and Bamburgh Castle.
