Second Floor Apartment sitting on Pine Lake

My Airbnb is close to parks, restaurant and Sand Dunes. The apartment is in the house on beautiful Pine lake. Please note that the balcony in the picture is not part of the apartment. the pictures are to show the patio of which you have full access. Pets are welcome but there is a $15 charge per pet per night. The fee should be made in advance through the send money. We live in a area that pets must be walked to do bathroom duties. They are NOT allowed on my grass or in flower beds.

The Blue Herron- Dog friendly

The Blue Herron is a clean, quaint, little cottage near Lake Michigan. A welcoming big backyard with a hot tub** and fire pit. A wonderful back deck for dinners or coffee in the morning. Plenty of parking and a short walk to the beach. The house is bright and sunny in a quiet beach community. Close to Lighthouse Place Outlet, Blue Chip Casino, local breweries and wineries. $100 Pet Fee; limit 2 dogs 50lbs or less. Clean single-family home w/3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living spaces, full kitchen and cooking/eating essentials. Quiet neighborhood, 1 mile from Lincoln Township Beach (Lake Michigan), 8 miles to Silver Beach and Lions Park Beach in St. Joseph, MI, 8 miles to Warren Dunes State Park and Beach, in the heart of wine/beer country. A small gas grill and firepit + wood, and chairs and a patio table on back patio. Owner lives next door and will be available to answer questions about the area.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake house. Just a short walk to the West Lake access for your kayaking and paddle boarding fun. Long Lake has beach access for swimming which is nearby. The large backyard, which is fully enclosed, is perfect for BBQing and outdoor fun. This Lake House has a King bed, Queen bed, Bunk Beds (for children), Twin Trundle and a Queen Pull Out. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional cleaning fee. Kayaks and Paddle Boards are not included.

Dog friendly and we have trails in the property for walking, just let us know if you would like to bring a dog(s) and please crate if you plan to leave them alone for any period of time. No more than 2 dogs. There is no place for the pet fee on Airbnb. The pet fee is 25.00 per dog non-refundable. Once you have a confirmed reservation that includes a pet, we will send a request for money to cover the pet fee. No Cats please.
