A tranquil spot. Located beside 3.5-acre Lake Tranquility (private) with a deck overlooking a horse pasture, and swans ... a great place for a peaceful getaway. Upstairs from the family room is a loft with twin beds and small office. Electric heating and air-conditioning make it very cozy. A queen-sized bedroom on the first-floor, the kitchen, the bathroom with shower, and a personal laundry room make it nice for a multi-night stay. The living area is directly above horse stalls in the basement.

A modern cabin on a half-acre with a refined rustic element. There are lots of amenities like a gas grill, arcade games, corn-hole, and more. Many people in our area would call this their “camp,” a place to sit by a campfire or curl up on the couch for a nap. The cabin has three bedrooms, a fully operational kitchen, and a full bathroom. In the winter you might need a AWD vehicle to reach the cabin because of the snow. Ask about walking access to the creek for April -August trout fishing

Come and enjoy WNY winter sports!! We are ideally located for skiing, tubing and boarding directly between Peek N Peek (43 miles) or Holiday Valley (40 miles). There are snowmobile trail heads 5 miles from our location. Be in the country yet just 5 minutes from 4 local wineries and 10 minutes from dining/shopping. Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

It's a wonderful old house with charm and vintage appeal. Rent the whole house. There is hiking, fishing, berry/apple picking, and more. Great for families & friends. Pet friendly.
