House has an open floor plan with kitchen opening into large living space, with two couches that makes a bed, that opens to front patio with gas grill, table, chairs, umbrella and that is connected to sun room with couch and sitting area. Private, quiet area except but there is train track about 300 feet from the house. You are 20 minutes from Ashland, OH and Oberlin, OH. 45 minutes from Cedar Point and Cleveland.
