A charming, rustic wooden bungalow within a peaceful neighbourhood and just 100m walk on a private road to the quiet sandy beach. Our home is bright & light and has large living spaces, with the main living room looking out onto the patio and garden which gets direct sunlight all day. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and Nespresso coffee. The bungalow has 3 dining areas - kitchen, dining and garden. An immaculately presented two bedroom semi-detached cottage with a large private garden and off-street parking. A shop and a great Indian restaurant within 1/2 mile walk, and a great pub about 1 mile away, however you really do need a car to get anywhere. A quiet location with only a handful of houses nearby. Eight miles from the centre of Norwich, on the edge of the Norfolk Broads, 15 miles to the beautiful beaches of the Norfolk coast. Lots to do, with both city and country life close by.

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

The Stables is a lovely space located within the grounds of our farmhouse. It is a short walk away from Weybourne beach, The Ship Inn, the Maltings hotel and our village cafe and shop. Close by is the beautiful Georgian town of Holt, the coastal town of Sheringham and Sheringham Park. We are located just off the North Norfolk coast road, very convenient for Blakeney, Cromer, Holkham and Wells Next the Sea. The perfect location for a stay in North Norfolk!
