Walkable to everything including the beach (walkable in bare feet if you wish!), every restaurant in town, yoga, even grocery stores. We have a private off street parking spot, a pool, and beautifully landscaped outdoor space. Our WiFi is fiber, backed up by Starlink, and power is backed up with solar panels and batteries.
