This brand newly refurbished top floor flat is centrally located within minutes of Fulham Broadway tube, giving you versatile access to all of Central London. A bright and airy reception room enjoys a brand new kitchen with convection hob, oven, fridge, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. The open plan kitchen/ living room enjoys a bespoke fitted bench seating area. The reception has USB ports for charging your phone (please bring your phone cable) and a newly installed TV with Netflix. The reception rooms opens out onto a south west facing terrace overlooking mature trees that lead to the park. A perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an early evening drink, enabling you to soak up the buzzy atmosphere. Free Wifi is available. The houseboat is a unique place to stay in London, within easy reach of all of London’s landmarks, including Tower Bridge and Tower of London (5 mins by train). The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. The houseboat is custom-designed with every possible comfort, including super fast Wifi, smart TV with content streaming services, and supremely comfortable beds. Radiators throughout the boat make this a comfortable year round option.

A beautifully designed unusually high quality one bedroom apartment, south facing, second floor, (no elevator) in a quiet tree lined street. Sadly not suitable for very small children. One double bedroom, plus two smallish futon mattresses to lay out in the living room. We use the apartment ourselves occasionally so it has a welcoming personalised feel, unlike a cold clinical hotel room. You will love it! Please only "enquire" do not "request" to book, we will respond rapidly.

The apartment is located right next to Portobello Market in Notting Hill. Casual cafes line in the bohemian Portobello Road, famed for its busy market selling antiques and vintage fashion. The street is very quiet and calm, and the same can be said for the apartment itself. So you get the best of two worlds actually. You can spend a very peaceful and carefree time at Colville Gardens, while getting all the buzz from the Portobello market.

Stunning studio located on the First Floor of this impressive Victorian House on a tree lined street adjacent to Kensington Palace. The studio has been recently refurbished with a brand new bathroom and redecorated. There is a double bed in the studio room and a sofa bed.
