Welcome to Cherry Oak, a lovely two bedroom barn conversion, conveniently situated within the Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire countryside. Via a picture window to the rear, you look out onto stunningly picturesque countryside as far as the eye can see, including an impressive view of the 'On Freedom's Wings' sculpture, and towards the front, the outlook is over our cottage-style garden with fruit trees and a generous lawn area. Located down a hidden lane in a quiet riverside village with excellent transport links into Newark on Trent, Lincoln and Nottingham. Although peaceful, it is moments off the A1, so great for onward journeys. It is also ideally placed for access to the famous Newark showground. Situated in a rural setting just a short meander to the riverside pub and lovely walks. A completely private cottage with one large double, a twin, lounge area, kitchen, bathroom and private courtyard.

Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)
