At East Coast Hideaway, we want you to enjoy nature and the outdoors. The perfect escape from the city but still not far from restaurants and attractions. Come enjoy our private stargazer dome surrounded by beautiful maple trees, located on our 30 acres property. We are open all year round. The getaway is made for 2 adults. You will have your own fully equipped kitchenette, 3 pcs bathroom, wood fired hot tub, private screened in gazebo, sauna, fire pit and more! ATV & Snowmobile friendly!

Creative, unique and cozy. This dome is made from aircrete and is finished with clay plaster and an earthen floor. It is a piece of art in every respect and is sure to inspire. It has everything needed to cook food, be warm and sleep deeply as well as nearby hiking and skiing trails leading to rivers and cliffs. It is heated by a wood stove or electric space heater and has a outdoor composting toilet and a shared indoor bathroom. Come enjoy the only dome of it's kind in the whole country!

A very cozy and peaceful place to base any vacation on the South Shore out of. Very close to hiking and ATV trails. No visible neighbors from the yard, lots of wildlife. Large parking areas. Interior is a mixture of new and re purposed materials. Appliances are small but functional, all the comforts of home but smaller. Double bed is incredibly comfortable. You can expect complete peace and quiet except the sounds of the breeze, the loons and other forest animals. The dome is the only one on the property, which sits on over 40 acres! Enjoy yourself playing games on the lawn, sitting around a fire at the fire pit, or reading out on the dock.
