LITERATURE FANS will enjoy our book collection by most prominent writers of the region, with translations into EN, DE, FR, ES, IT, and SI. You will get an insight into the local culture by reading on the beach or terrace. We have furnished our apartment with love, enthusiasm and hope that you will feel comfortable. The house is situated 10 m away from the sea. On the balcony apartments has private hot tube for 5 people. In front of the house, right next to the sea is a small garden with a grill and a big table for 8 people where you can catch the summer breeze in the natural shadow. On the beach, we place our sunbathing chairs and parasols so you can enjoy the sea and sun. In front of the house is the berth for the small boat or jet-ski ( up to 6m ).e whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Dear guests, this apartment is the third in a series of our designer apartments. The space is characterized by a unique design interwoven with modern details with a touch of history. The corresponding parking is free.The bathroom is also lined with "Travertine" stone. In the living room, you will be able to rest in very comfortable armchairs, as you will be able to relax in the massage chair and in the wellness which is part of the accommodation and which can be used by all guests.

This new renovated apartment is located just in front of the city beach. Old town is just about 15 min walking distance. Beautiful beach with cafe bar is perfect for lazy days during vacations ( in front of the apartment ) , restaurant with grilled food and other ( 3 minutes walking ), grocery shop is 100 meters from apartment, bus station and big market ( 10 minutes walking ), green market and fish market are on peninsula 15 minutes walking.

-apartment is situated directly on the sea and 15 meters from the apartment there is a public beach -in front of the apartment there's access to the sea -the apartment is located 300 meters from the city center in the residential area Kolovare, one of the best location in Zadar -free public parking place -free Wi-fi - excursions by boat ( National park Kornati , islands near Zadar) or boat rental
