We are perched on the 3rd floor and with that comes tall ceilings, a balcony with a view of Lake Padre, and a peaceful quietness. While the condo is within walking distance to the beach (5 minutes), you can also have a vacation without leaving the complex. The community offers many other amenities...hot tub, heated pool, sauna, fitness center, etc. What’s not to love?!?!!!

On site amenities include gym, hot tub, pool (heated year round) and sauna all available for guests to use during your stay. There is also community access to an outdoor BBQ grill, car/boat washing station, and local lake.

Take Me Away, to the beach!! Our favorite saying these days. We are living our dream of a beach condo and now want to offer it up to others. In December 2020 we bought this condo and totally, fully renovated it. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located on the first floor for easy access. Surrounded by water, palm trees and the sounds of the ocean. Just 422 steps to the beach for sand waves and beautiful sunrises!

We love that our condo is on the 1st floor-on the beautiful Beach Club property (gym, pool, sauna, hot tub, fishing pond) & only 0.2 miles to Whitecap Beach-home of some amazing sunrises! The condo is 565 sq. feet-some guests call it small & some call it just right. Private bedroom with king-attached bathroom. *STR Permit 304488

Light and fresh first floor studio on North Padre Island only 5 minutes walking distance to the beach.
