The villa has a 300 m² building with a land/garden of 1000 m². The Villa is air-conditioned. It is only a 3 minute walk to the beach (150 m), hotels, bars, restaurants and a supermarket. A separate unit (Annex) has been added to the Villa accommodating 2 to 3 guests. This unit would be available only to the existing guests.
