An easy 10 minutes from the town of Golden, our completely unique, elegant, extremely romantic, custom built, all season yurt and modern shower house Note: There is a new build happening on the rural property beside us for summer 2026. This spacious timber frame chalet is great year round! *Brand new hot tub installed Fall 2025 Steps from groomed ski trail that takes you to the resort’s lifts and gondola. After skiing you can take another groomed path that ends directly across the street from the house. A true ski-in and ski-out! Mountain biking trails, hiking, lakes, restaurants, coffee shop, and town of Golden close by. House is spacious and great for gatherings with open concept. All you need to enjoy your vacation

Luxury modern log cabin

The cabin is built from white spruce logs so you will enjoy the authentic log cabin experience, with all the amenities you'd expect of a luxury chalet, so you will have the best of both worlds. Its nestled in picturesque forest in a quiet and secluded location, so you will enjoy total privacy. Thanks to our neighbours we also have access to 10 kms of private hiking/biking/ski trails. Its a short drive to Christopher and Emma Lake beaches and 30 mins to Prince Albert National Park/Waskesieu.

Niven Lake. Walkable Modern Studio Retreat.

You'll love this bright, modern, main floor, fully-equipped 420 sq foot studio in Niven Lake. This private, self-contained studio unit is complete with a full kitchen, bathroom, and a washer/dryer. With a sectional couch that converts to a sofabed, wifi, cable TV, and a dedicated work space, this property has everything you need for a productive work trip, relaxing holiday, or for your out-of-town visitors. PETE’S PLACE

Farm Cottage near Steep Rock. Cottage is 7 km (6-8 min drive) to the village of Steep Rock, and is a paved highway (currently under construction 2026) It's a great area for canoeing, kayaking, and boating on the lake, swimming and photography. Cottage has a deck with a BBQ, and a fire pit and hammocks in the yard. In Winter you can cross country ski or snowshoe on the property. Occasionally you can see the northern lights, generally in Winter. There is now also a sauna for guests.

Buffalo Ranch ~ Buffalo Cabin

A quaint, private, hand made cabin in the woods overlooking a creek and buffalo pastures surrounded by majestic views of the Canadian Rockies. It has a very clean attached toilet. The Gondola is operational for 2026 Step out the back door of the Palliser, just a 45 second ski or slide to the resort base. Step out the front door to snowshoe trails or a 3min walk down to the general store, pub or Double Black Cafe. 15 minute drive to Golden's amenities and restaurants. Well appointed condo to come together in comfort at the end of an Epic day. Quiet dog is welcome provided it is not left alone in the suite or out on the deck.
