The first floor has 4 bedrooms, and the second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Shops are a 7-10 minute walk away. A cozy restaurant where you can have breakfast or dinner is a 1-minute walk away. There is a beautiful pool with a fountain and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a gazebo and parking lot on the premises.

The villas seats on historic area, with the Old Fort being part and parcel of the development, less than 10 meters away from the sandy beach overlooking the turtle-sanctuary island of Tumbatu.
