It’s perfect for those who want to stay close to cafés, shops, the theatre and main attractions, while still enjoying peace and quiet — the apartment faces the courtyard and the building is calm. Kitchen area is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, induction stove, dishes, pans, and utensils — perfect for cooking at home. Dining area with a round table can also serve as a workspace — guests say it’s great both for meals and laptop use. Living area includes a sofa bed (140×200), large flat-screen TV, and a cozy atmosphere — perfect for relaxing after a day by the sea or exploring the city. Sleeping area features a large, soft bed (160×200) with two pillow sets and fresh-smelling linens that guests frequently mention. Blackout curtains ensure good rest even during the day. Bathroom is spacious and bright, with all essentials — a comfortable place to refresh and unwind. The apartment offers fast Wi-Fi and free courtyard parking (subject to availability). Beach is within a walking distance ( 500m). Located next to LOTTEMAA Kids Theam Park 500m from the house. Golf Course- 2km Spa-jacuzzi for Sept, October for extra cost . We disconnect outside jacuzzi due to the freezing weather in Oct.
