One primary bedroom and two sleeping coaches in the spacious living room for larger parties to explore the city. Spacious kitchen and daylight bathroom with bathtub and shower. The small walking-in closet in the hallway is not to be entered. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. A small balcony will allow you to smoke.

Nevertheless it is not far from the centre, subway ride takes only 5 minutes to Munich Central Station. The garden house underwent a reconstruction and is completely new refurbished.
