Short 10 minute walk to the beach over the Davis Canal. Private entrance with access to fenced in back yard with firepit, hammock. After a day at the beach you can rinse off in the private, enclosed outdoor shower. Enjoy your fresh catch of the day on the outdoor grill, and enjoy it outside if you like at the cozy outdoor dining nook.

The Nature Preserve includes fishing pier, boat launch, sunsets, dolphins (one mile). Our Intercoastal beach is within one mile. Oak Island Beaches are 15/20 min by vehicle depending on traffic. Free boat launch is less than a mile away, boat parking is plentiful on my property for any size boats. Local convenience store has bait, fishing license, boat gas.

It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.
