Stoney Haven

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, scientists (Oak Ridge National Lab is 3 /12 miles away), and fishermen (lake is close). We are located just 5 miles from historic Oak Ridge. Stoney Haven is just 2 1/2 miles from Hardin Valley Rd. where you will find eating places, unique stores, and Pellissippi State Community College. If you are into major shopping, Turkey Creek is only 8.4 miles away. 3 1/2 miles away is the Univ. of TN Arboretum. There you will find unique plants and trails.

The "Tree House" - Privacy, Luxury, Nature Views

The elegant "Tree House'' is not in a tree but feels like it - with large windows overlooking lush forest or mountain views. This 450 sf space is a separate unit with own entrance & porch - no stairs! Queen bed, sofa, stone/tile bathroom & walk-in shower, big TV, fast WiFi, birdfeeders, washer-dryer. Located on cozy safe cul-de-sac, reserved parking. Unique architect-designed space has kitchenette with fridge, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig coffee, more. Hiking trails nearby! Non-smoking.

Cheerful, Private Cottage on Oak Forest Farm

Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.

Near Big Ed’s, Crafter’s Brew, Razzleberry, Soup Kitchen, and El Gallo Loco. Close to ORNL. 14 mil to West Knoxville and Turkey Creek Shopping Center. Main Lakes are Norris, Watts bar, and Melton Hill. Area features: Many Hiking trails, canoeing, ATV on Windrock Park (9 miles), kayaking at Catoosa Wildlife Mgt Area, and Rock Climbing at the Obed.

Stay here for a safe, small town feel while having access to Knoxville's amazing shopping location, Turkey Creek - only 25 minutes away. Just a bit further down the road, you can visit other attractions such as Dollywood or the Great Smoky Mountains!

Busha's Barn

Serenity and seclusion awaits you at Busha's Barn. The nicely appointed studio has everything you need to enjoy your visit. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, convection/microwave, two eye burner, coffee pot, toaster. Relax on the couch and watch tv or take a nap in the comfortable queen size bed. If you are working from home there is a desk and of course wfi. Situated on a heavily wooded acre surrounded by birds and wildlife. Take a short hike down the path to Beaver Creek.

2 Bedroom basement Suite in Mid Century home near popular outdoor activity centers in Oak Ridge (20 minutes from West Knoxville). Driveway parking and private entrance. Two bedrooms with full beds. Twin daybed in Living Room. Please note: there is no kitchen but there is a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig and ice maker. Outside you are welcome to enjoy the pool, comfortable seating, fire pit, and grill Pool open May - September. Owner lives upstairs. No shared areas.

The decor is fresh, young and comfortable! What began as "hey let's list part of our house on Airbnb", ended up in a full remodel and enlisting the assistance of a professional decorator to create a guest suite in the daylight basement that we now like better than our main house! The suite is spacious, comfortable and very private. From the private pathway to the private patio and the private entrance, and now including the private plunge pool just for your use!

Farm Stay Experience

Our place is a renovated, two bedroom, 1930's farmhouse on a working hobby farm. 28 Acres of farm land with animals accompany the house. A detached garage is home to Farm to Feast Knoxville and will have private dining parties through reservations only. This site is near the house but will host less than 24 people. Guests are ten minutes from Turkey Creek shopping and restaurants. Easily accessible to I40/Watt Rd. exit. NO SMOKING is allowed in the house.
