The kitchen has a full refrigerator, convection/microwave, two eye burner, coffee pot, toaster. Relax on the couch and watch tv or take a nap in the comfortable queen size bed. If you are working from home there is a desk and of course wfi. Situated on a heavily wooded acre surrounded by birds and wildlife. Take a short hike down the path to Beaver Creek.

The home is furnished with pillow topper memory foam mattresses, a living room you won't want to leave, and a newly renovated kitchen with beautiful countertops and new appliances. The home is on an acre of land located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from I-75 and the Tellico Lake.

Dog Friendly 2 Bed : 1Bath. No Cleaning/Pet Fees.

Guest remark on the cleanliness and small touches. Please Note~There are no added cleaning fees or pet fees. Guests love the large yard, ability to move the living room furniture around to suit their needs, and the games and books. The kitchen is well stocked as well. There are two outdoor areas with seating and smoking is allowed outside. The RV or Boat parking is a bonus. Check ahead for availability. There is a large, padlocked storage shed for bikes and gear.

Farm Stay Experience

Our place is a renovated, two bedroom, 1930's farmhouse on a working hobby farm. 28 Acres of farm land with animals accompany the house. A detached garage is home to Farm to Feast Knoxville and will have private dining parties through reservations only. This site is near the house but will host less than 24 people. Guests are ten minutes from Turkey Creek shopping and restaurants. Easily accessible to I40/Watt Rd. exit. NO SMOKING is allowed in the house.

Family Adventures Stays

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Updated kitchen, 50 in TV, outside grill, and fire pit. Close and convenient to area shopping, entertainment, ATV/Windrock and bike park (8 miles), many other various parks, lakes (Norris, Loudon, Melton Hill), biking trails including Haw Ridge, The Great Smokey Mtns 1.5 hours away, and other adventurous activities. Accommodates 9 guests.

The Lake Escape

The Lake Escape sits near the Emory River providing a great place for boating, fishing, swimming, or relaxing on the wrap around deck. There is a public area with boat ramp about 1 mile away. You can experience day trips such as hiking, golfing, ATV (Windrock Park located 18 miles and 30 minutes from Historical Brushy Mountain Prison (tours & dinning). Roane state college 20min. Long term renter's welcome.
