We are located close to the Peak District, with Chatsworth House not far away. It is surrounded by Oakerthrope Nature Reserve and is perfect for those wanting to explore Derbyshire. We live next door and there are friendly cats and a dog that live on the property. *please note Hot Tub needs to be booked BY THE GUEST DIRECTLY with ‘Midland Hot Tub Hire’ for price, to arrive at the property the day before arrival to be filled and heated by host. EV charger available payable to owners please.

We live down a quiet country lane giving the feeling of a rural location, but within a few miles of Matlock. Private self contained Annex on a quiet residential area with all modern facilities. WIFI and full Sky package available. 2 minute walk to Eastwood Hall and close to Eastwood Town Centre. Very clean and sanitised to a high standard. Well equipped kitchen. Ideal for couple or single person stay over.

Swift Retreat - converted farm building

You can either relax by the fire or head out onto some of the local footpaths or cycle trails. We have several pubs within a 20 minute walk. Matlock is a short drive away and if you fancy going further afield, we are about a 30 minute drive away from the attractions of the Peak District.
