It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

Our charming Kampa Cottage on Lake Lanier is a ideal location for vacation getaways for Families-Couples-Friends. The house has 3 bedrooms/3 full bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 7-8. You can lounge on the dock, fish, swim, kayak, boat, visit Margaritaville/ Lake Lanier Islands, dine at Park Marina, rent jet skis and paddle boards, hike, picnic and much more for a fun filled holiday.

There are plenty of places to eat, shop, and experience the beauty of Milton/Alpharetta all within a 4 to 20 minute radius of our location. We have an available roll-away bed if needed, the cost is $10.
