Disfruta del fácil acceso a todo desde este alojamiento perfectamente ubicado y que brinda una estancia tranquila y confortable. El departamento tiene en la planta baja la estancia con sillón, mesa de comedor para dos personas, cocina y baño completo con regadera; escaleras tipo caracol para subir a la planta, donde se encuentra la recamara con cama, closet, aire acondicionado y cortinas blackout, desde ahí se accede a la terraza semi-privada con dos sillas para exterior y sombrilla.

The property is located in Jalatlaco, one of the safest and most calm neighborhoods in Oaxaca. The bungalow has its own bathroom, a queen size bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning as well as a small kitchenete. The room is separate of the main house by the patio and garden. I live in the main house with my daughter and my two dogs . In the property I also have other small room for rent, this is just for one person and it is located in the same patio area.

Casa VO proposes to remove everything that is unnecessary (finishes, doors, windows) and keep only the essentials for this project (V-slab, adjoining walls, mezzanine, and front gate), allowing a larger and more generous space to achieve the main idea of the project: “Garden with a House”

It's located only five walking minutes away from the beach and fifteen minutes away from Mazunte's downtown, with its laid-back atmosphere and tasty restaurants.
