Columba Lodge, St Conan's Escape: Home with a view

This newly built idyllic hillside seclusion for two nestles on the side of Ben Cruachan, one of Scotland’s most prestigious munros. Featuring a traditional log burning stove, St Conan's Escape offers an en-suite king size bedroom, along with a kitchen and dining area – all the elements required for a perfect romantic getaway. There are so many activities to enjoy during your stay. These include walking, climbing, munro bagging, biking and taking in some of the stunning wildlife. Dogs welcome.

Converted Barn on a hill overlooking the loch

Bracken Barn is situated on a hill overlooking Cuil Bay and Loch Linnhe, with views stretching down the Morvern Peninsula, past the small islands of Balnagowan, Shuna and Lismore…and all the way to the Isle of Mull. Recently converted from an agricultural shed, it is now an extremely comfortable holiday home – a silk purse from a sow’s ear! The high-ceilinged sitting room has a wood-burning stove and with large picture windows, guests will surely never tire of the ever-changing loch views.

“Tobar nan Iasgair” means “Well of the fisherman”, for centuries, fishing boats would anchor here to fill up with fresh water. It’s a spacious family home, there's a huge sitting / dining room with wonderful views across Loch Linnhie, Benderloch, Ben Cruachan, and to the ferry terminal, and Island's, comings and goings. Extra's, cot, high chair. There is a TV, games, VHS video's Wi-Fi, which is quite slow a well equipped kitchen, a sun porch, and a garden area. with superb views

Seal Cabin - A wee piece of Scottish Luxury

A Victorian Cabin perched on the banks of Loch Goil. Enjoy a picturesque stay over looking the breath taking Scottish Highlands. The Cabin consists of a walk in wet room with toilet and a very well equipped kitchen. Within the kitchen you will find a fridge, stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and crockery. The living Room has a TV and Log Burner - with French Doors out to the decking area. The double bedroom is up on the mezzanine level which you access via a ladder.

Ploughmans Cottage is located in the Village of Furnace, 7 miles from Inveraray, in Argyll. The cottage was built around 1890 to house the Ploughman for Goatfield Farm, and has been extensively remodelled to create a unique getaway. Offering a large double bedroom, lounge and open plan kitchen diner, and stunning bathroom with Victorian roll top bath. The views across Loch Fyne from the private terrace are stunning. Oir Na Mara (Edge of the Sea) Studio Apartment is a self contained property located above our garage with its own private entrance (14 steps up to the door) and free off street parking. The flat enjoys unparalleled views over the sound of Kerrera and towards Oban bay. It is situated just a short walk from Oban town centre and the ferry terminal. The apartment has a double bed, a large sofa and a dining table and chairs. A garden table and chairs are also provided.

Relax in this calm, stylish space on the Isle of Kerrera and explore the beautiful and wild landscape. The ideal island getaway for couples or lone adventurers. Abundant wildlife such as otters, sea eagles and beautiful wild flora can be discovered as well as historic sites such as Gylen castle, all the while surrounded by breathtaking views. The island is easily accessible by the nearby Calmac passenger ferry from Gallanach, near the mainland town of Oban.

It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers. Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains.
