Relax with friends or family at this peaceful, private, quite retreat. The Old Farmhouse Lodge is a large 2600 square foot beautiful country style home with a large kitchen and dining room and spacious, comfortable bedrooms. The property itself is set up for outside activities by offering a place to play softball on the baseball field or other games such as horseshoes and cornhole. Relax on the front porch or around the fire pit, wood or gas. Bring your fishing poles and fish the beautiful pond

The Restful Retreat

This beautiful ranch style brick home sits on 24 acres of mostly wooded property. From the front porch you have a wonderful view of Hinch Mountain. There are 3 beds and 2 baths with a large open kitchen and dining room. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer and additional playroom and mud room. There is an additional outdoor space converted from an old barn into a hangout space with a porch swing, dining table, string lights, grill, and extra seating. A fantastic place to relax!

The Cottage at Acqua Dolce

The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .
