The tiny homes powered from the sun, fitted with composting toilets and food scraps will stay on farm to feed the worm farm and fertilise the paddocks. The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

Delaware Farm Stay is a beautiful property on the outskirts of town. With a second house on the property, we could not help but share this with others. With stable access, a round yard, arena, play equipment, picnic areas and more. There are farm animals that you are welcome to feed. Quiet street where you can ride and scooter along. We also have a qualified childcare educator on site so if you're away and wanting a night out from the children message us to book in a few hours at an extra cost.
