BCM Private Villa, located at Sitio Bayanan, Ilijan Batangas City, is capable of catering fun and comfort while enjoying your extraordinary experience away from the City. Overlooking the serene beauty of the beach across Verde Island and Puerto Galera, it’s a delight to immerse in the sea and beat the heat with the clear water where dolphins splash around. Staying in our villas is private and relaxing. Next door to a number of Anilao’s most established resorts, such as Solitude Acacia and Casa Escondida. 2 kayaks and 4 snorkels available for free. Welcome to Casa de Ligaya (House of Joy)! This is our "happy place" that lets you relax, enjoy the scenic view of the sea, and escape from the bustling urban life. The house is a two-storey modern rustic structure decorated with native wooden furniture. On the upper floor you have the common area and Ioft for people to hang out and rest. On the ground floor you have the living room, lounging area, and a separate private room. There is also a “casita” structure behind the main house.

Its a family place. *since we have other spaces, if there are more than one group in the property on the days you booked, swimming pool usage shall be shared. * Karaoke is not allowed. No towels & toiletries
