Comfortably updated beach home. 1 block to the beach and close to the shops and restaurants of downtown OC. Our 1st floor beach home features 4 bedrooms and two full baths. You can comfortably sleep 10-12 people. 2 K beds, 1 F bed, 1 T bed and 2 bunk beds (T/F). Large fully equipped kitchen is fully stocked with everything but food. You will have full access to the entire first floor, wrap around porch, and 3 parking spaces. You will need to supply sheets, towels, and paper products.

This affordable unit sleeps 2 guests comfortably with a full size couch with a pull out queen size bed which helps with maximizing the space and makes the unit more comfortable. The unit has a kitchenette, mini refrigerator and microwave. The unit also has a smart tv with cable and WIFI. Laundry and vending machines are on the premises. Two beach tags are included.

Nestled in the charm of the Ocean City Historic District, one can take refuge from automobiles, as the apartment is located in walking distance to shopping, the beach, boardwalk, and the bay sporting area. The neighborhood is designed for a slow and easy lifestyle, so park the car and take advantage of the great restaurants, parks, tennis courts, basketball courts, and the beach. Pets are welcome, too. Please, add them to the reservation along with the fee.

Would not recommend for more than two adults. A/C wall unit located in the bedroom. Please leave door open during the day for maximum airflow throughout the unit.
