Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

This house is a classic raised ranch on pilings. It has modern conveniences and beach-y decor. The location is great (2.5 blocks or 1/4 mile to beach)

This unit is located in a quiet, three-unit building with year-round residents for neighbors. The unit comes with a beach badge for each guest (up to 4 guests).

Quiet location on coveted Ocean Blvd in Brant Beach, LBI, but walking distance to bike rentals, seafood, and ice cream. PLEASE NOTE 7/10/2026 to 8/28/2026- Friday to Friday rentals only.
