Welcome to our beach house. It's modern, spacious and fully equipped to ensure your holiday is relaxing. It's so close to everything with access to beach without crossing a road or the terrace shopping for cafes, Coles and every other need within 350m. The house has 4 large bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and a 2 car garage. The downstairs kitchen is full equiped as it is our home away from home also. Enjoy the use of BBQ, indoor or outdoor dining or just lounge around on the large upper and lower decks that integrate with the living areas. Split systems provide heating and cooling, separate fully equipped laundry. All bed linen is provided. This truely is a home away from home

Relax in a central location of Ocean Grove, a flat 10 min walk to Main St. Located 900m to one of our beautiful Surf Beach’s, an ideal location to enjoy all that the Bellarine Peninsula offers. Enjoy local produce from makers and growers at almost 50 food and wine destinations in the region. We provide a large comfy, light filled room with a separate large bathroom. There is a north facing courtyard. The area is totally private, allowing our guests to interact with us at their own level.

Spao Beach House is a family friendly beach house located in Trevally Drive, Ocean Grove. It's within walking distance to the beach, sports centre and shops. It has great facilities for kids when the days are cold. It is also a short drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards and the Bellarine coastal drive, and one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. The house is neat and clean. It is a great place to chill.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This property will not be available for rental from July 1 2026. NOTE: From Dec 1 2025 to Jan 31 2026 there is a minimum stay of 4 nights. Bookings less than 4 nights will not be accepted. At other times we have a minimum of 2 night stay. Next to the beach in a quiet side street this 4 bedroom house offers everything for a relaxing weekend away or an extended stay over winter with both gas heaters and in built wood burning fire in the living areas.

Rivershak, Pet friendly couples beach escape!

Enjoy beach days in this gorgeous little shack, walking distance to the river and everything else Ocean Grove has to offer. Rivershak is the ‘Rose’ amongst the thorns, standing out in its surrounds.Whilst we are in a complex of other shacks, we are the only one completely renovated. Don’t be deterred! Rivershak is is independently owned and so cute. Pet friendly is key here. The rear yard is secure, a beautiful grassy patch and lots of shelter for your fur baby.

It's within easy walking distance to the ocean beach, cafes and shops on Hitchcock Ave, the beach and play areas on the Barwon river, the golf course and it is directly across the road from the primary school which has ovals, playground and community library.
